I started Celestin Career Solutions because I know what it feels like to be capable, motivated, and full of potential, yet still feel stuck or unsure about what’s next. I’ve navigated work environments where clarity, fairness, and support were missing and had to figure things out on my own.

Along the way, I realized I have a real gift for helping people clearly communicate their experiences in a way that actually lands on paper and in conversation. I also saw how many people don’t fully understand their workplace rights, their value, or how to advocate for themselves when it matters most.

What started as helping friends with resumes, interviews, and difficult workplace situations turned into something bigger. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when someone understands their options, uses their voice, and moves with intention instead of uncertainty.

From there, I’ll walk you through the best service for your needs and exactly what the process will look like. My job is to make this feel easy, clear, and actually exciting for you.


  • If you’re unsure which service fits your situation, you don’t need to guess. The intake form is designed to capture what’s going on, and based on your responses, I’ll recommend the best option for you.

  • After you submit the intake form, I review your responses and follow up with the next steps within 24 to 48 hours. This may include a service recommendation, invoice, or scheduling depending on what you need. Everything is structured so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

  • It depends on the service, but most projects take anywhere from 3–10 days. If you need something sooner, I do offer rush options. Either way, I’ll keep you updated the entire time so you always know what’s happening and when to expect your final documents.
