Hey, I’m Tracy.
I started Celestin Career Solutions because I know what it feels like to be capable, motivated, and full of potential, yet still feel stuck or unsure about what’s next. I’ve navigated work environments where clarity, fairness, and support were missing and had to figure things out on my own.
Along the way, I realized I have a real gift for helping people clearly communicate their experiences in a way that actually lands on paper and in conversation. I also saw how many people don’t fully understand their workplace rights, their value, or how to advocate for themselves when it matters most.
What started as helping friends with resumes, interviews, and difficult workplace situations turned into something bigger. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when someone understands their options, uses their voice, and moves with intention instead of uncertainty.
This work is about helping people protect themselves, position themselves strategically, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

“Tracy was professional and thoroughly asked all the necessary questions to ensure she gathered all the information required to create an exceptional resume tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Tracy to assist you with your career endeavors. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to ask her; she is knowledgeable and always willing to listen and provide guidance.”
-Alray A.
“Tracy stepped in when I truly didn’t know what to do. She jumped in immediately no hesitation, no confusion. She helped me prepare my appeal, organize my documents, and guided me through exactly what to say and how to respond. Because of her support, I won my appeal through unemployment and received months of backpay I didn’t even realize I was entitled to. What stood out most for me was how intentional she was, my job had it out for me, but Tracy reminded me, the facts and documentation were on my side. She genuinely cared and made a stressful situation manageable. I am beyond grateful for her help.”

Our Services
-
Each page or screenshot counts as one image. For example, a 10-page document counts as 10 images.
Documentation Review, $150
Up to 10 images
A focused review of the workplace documentation you have already gathered, designed to help you understand what your records currently show before deciding on your next step. I will review your emails, text messages, write ups, HR correspondence, and other workplace documentation to identify what is working, what is missing, and where your documentation can be strengthened. You will also receive recommendations on how to organize your records going forward so you have a clearer and more complete picture of your workplace concerns. This is the right starting point when something is happening at work and you are not yet sure what your documentation supports.
EEOC / Formal Complaint Preparation, $300
Up to 25 images
If you’re preparing to file an EEOC charge or another formal workplace complaint, this service is designed to help you organize your documentation before taking that next step. Your case will be carefully reviewed and organized into a comprehensive report that includes a complete case timeline, strengths, weaknesses, documentation gaps, and an EEOC and attorney readiness assessment. You’ll also receive recommendations for moving forward, along with the opportunity to ask follow-up questions after reviewing your completed deliverable.
30-Day Case Support, $125
For clients who have completed a service and have questions between steps. This gives you thirty days of direct email access with a two-business day response time, so you have somewhere to go when an HR email lands, an investigator requests something, or a meeting gets scheduled. It covers guidance on documents you receive during the window, help deciding what to send, what to request, and what to preserve, and preparation support for scheduled conversations. It does not include review of new document sets or new written reports, since those remain their own services. The window begins on your payment date and can be purchased again whenever you need it.
Internal Resolution Preparation, $175
Up to 10 images
For clients who are ready to raise a concern inside their company. Whether you are filing an HR complaint, submitting a grievance, responding to a disciplinary action, or appealing a decision, this service organizes your documentation into a clear written structure that HR can actually process. Your dates, your reports, what followed each report, and what you are requesting are laid out in the order that internal reviewers work through them, so your complaint is understood the first time it is read.
Mediation Preparation, $225
Up to 15 images
For clients with a scheduled mediation, whether internal, EEOC, or through another agency. Your documentation is organized around what the session will actually cover, so you walk in knowing your timeline, your supporting evidence, and the points your records support most strongly. You will also receive preparation guidance for the session itself, including how to keep your account consistent and how to respond when the other side presents a different version of events.
Attorney Readiness, $250
Up to 20 images
For clients whose next step is an employment attorney consultation. Your documentation is reviewed and organized into a complete file with a case timeline, protected activity timeline, strengths, weaknesses, and documentation gaps, along with an assessment of how prepared your file is for that conversation. Attorneys work quickly, and the clients who get the most out of a consultation are the ones who arrive organized rather than arriving with a folder and a story.
Position Statement Review, $275
Position statement & up to 15 images
For clients whose employer has submitted a position statement, typically during an EEOC charge. The employer’s account is reviewed against your own documentation so you can see clearly where the two versions align, where they differ, and which of your records speak directly to each point raised. You will also receive a structured summary you can use when preparing your response.
Each service includes the number of files listed above. If your documentation exceeds that limit, additional files are billed at $75 per ten additional files for services under $250, and $100 per ten additional files for services priced at $250 and above. File counts are confirmed before any invoice is sent, so you always know your total in advance.

FAQ
-
No. Celestin Career Solutions provides documentation and strategy support only. I am not an attorney, and nothing I provide is legal advice or legal representation. What I do is help you organize what happened and what you have, so that whoever reviews it, whether that is HR, the EEOC, or an attorney, can see it clearly.
-
Start with the intake form. It captures what is going on, what you have, and what you are trying to do next. Once I review your submission, I will follow up with the service I recommend and what the process looks like. If your situation needs a conversation before we can determine the right fit, I will let you know and we will schedule one. My job is to make this clear and straightforward for you.
-
If you’re unsure which service fits your situation, you don’t need to guess. The intake form is designed to capture what’s going on, and based on your responses, I’ll recommend the best option for you.
-
After you submit the intake form, I review your responses and follow up with the next steps within 24 to 48 hours. This may include a service recommendation, invoice, or scheduling depending on what you need. Everything is structured so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
-
It depends on the service, but most projects take anywhere from 3–10 business days. If you need something sooner, I do offer rush options. Either way, I’ll keep you updated the entire time so you always know what’s happening and when to expect your final documents.
-
Yes. I support individuals navigating workplace challenges, including documentation, communication, and preparation for formal complaints such as EEOC filings. The focus is on helping you organize your experience clearly and move forward strategically.
-
Yes. All information shared is kept confidential and used only to support your situation. One important thing to understand: Celestin Career Solutions is not a law firm, and I am not an attorney. Our communications are not protected by attorney client privilege the way communications with a lawyer would be. I provide documentation and strategy support, and I am always clear about where that support ends and where an attorney’s begins.
-
I don’t do cookie-cutter résumés, everything is built from scratch for your industry, your goals, and your voice. I take the time to understand your story so the employers reading your documents can finally see the version of you that your friends and coworkers already see; qualified, capable, and ready for more. It’s personal, intentional, and you’ll feel the difference.
-
Because my services are custom and time based, all sales are final. If something in your completed deliverable needs correcting, such as a factual error or a section that does not accurately reflect what you provided, let me know within 7 days of delivery and I will correct it. Requests for new analysis, additional documents, or expanded scope are handled as a separate service.
-
Yes. Discounted rates are available for high school and college students. Submit an inquiry to confirm eligibility.

Each service includes a set number of files, listed with its price. If your documentation exceeds that limit, additional files are billed at $75 per ten for services under $250 and $100 per ten for services at $250 and above. File counts are always confirmed before an invoice is sent, so you know your total in advance.
